Jake my 11 month old Cockapoo are really enjoying the Basics training class we work on our homework everyday.

I also had Jake's photo done for Valentines and we all love it.

Amazing trainer, Christine is very caring and not judgmental.

I highly recommend to take one her classes
 

This entire event (Shop at the Shoppe)could not have run better.

The set up allowed smooth flow of customers to access each vendor table easily.

Safety was considered by supplying hand sanitizer as well as enough time for vendors to pull up to the doors for set up without crowding.

The kitchen provided a way to heat up food, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee throughout the event.

Christine and Alyssa thought of everything and had no problem troubleshooting last minute issues because they had to move everything to another venue this year.

Bravo!

Sassy is timid and unsure. Her reaction is to get big and bark. She is stubborn by breed (cattle dog) and really smart.

The basics gave her courage and taught me so many ways to deal her behavior in a positive way.

I had tried puppy classes at a different training facility and failed.

I am looking forward to continuing to work with Christine in the future. Her non treat based methods work.

We took Katie (our active Golden) for a treadmill lesson.

We started introducing her to the treadmill at home but she was afraid of it when we turned it on.

Not only was Katie comfortable walking on the treadmill within a few minutes but Christine also gave us lots of supportive information on how to make sure we were able to keep her safe while doing it at home ourselves.

it was a GREAT way to socialize our dog in a controlled environment and learn how to train our dog!!

Me and my 6 year old son took our 1.5 year old Husky mix on a pack walk with Christine and Leo and others.

We had a great time and learned some great tips to stop Hanna from pulling on leash.

She listened to our needs and our desired outcomes, and custom tailored training to fit our family's needs.

Christine Wales..what can I say in one word Awesome.

Our dog liked to eat rocks and after two surgeries we reached out to Christine and with her guidance and help we now have a dog that doesn't show interest in the rocks and though she will sniff them she just leaves them alone.

I have taken Basics, Behavioral and Trick classes with Christine and her knowledge on dog behavior is second to none in my eyes. I have taken my Bannock to her novice trick title with Christine's guidance.

I highly recommend Christine. When your the best why look anywhere else!!!
 

I started bringing my dog to Christine for puppy socialization and her knowledge and passion for dog training was clear from day one!

She has been so helpful in training out some of my pup’s bad habits and very pleasant to work with.

I was looking for a dog trainer in the area and I chose The Basics class with CW Canine Consulting.

I didn’t know what to expect,my dog and I were a little nervous at the beginning but we have gained a lot of knowledge and confidence through the 5 classes!

Christine and Alyssa are great!

 

I needed help training my 8 month old Havanese/Maltese puppy. Christine was great. She is so patient and has a great sense of humour. Learned lots and laughed lots. Great job.

Christine’s training methods are sound and she really helped bring some calm to our rescue dog who was very dog aggressive.

I would highly recommend her classes to anyone looking to improve their dog’s behaviour.

My Husband and I took a six week dog training course with Christine.

She is very knowledgeable and has a wonderful calm and assertive personality.

It's wonderful to see how great the dogs behave with her!

We also had Christine come to our house for private lesson with our new youngest (puppy) and our old girl(dog).

All has been running smoothly since!

I reached out to Christine because we were having trouble let getting our new puppy to obey.

I live a couple hours away, but she took the time to chat on the phone and explain exactly what we should be doing and how.

She sent me a list of helpful rules for the kids to feel involved while still respecting the training process.

We have done the puppy basics class twice now with two diffident young Chow Chows.

First time was more a review for us as its been so many years since we had a Chow puppy.

Second time we took it two years after and it was more to help a young Chow Chow feel more confident and a refresher for us.

Due to already doing Christine's puppy basics class we knew what to do but we enjoy her and her classes so much we still did it a second time and it helped our baby Khonsu feel more confident and helped us as a refresher. We started to work with Khonsu the day he came home with soft training and the class was the best way to give him the best start in life.

Thank you Christine/ CW Canine Consulting. Our Chows give you two paws up and we highly recommend you as the best dog trainer we have ever got to learn from.

After attending treat based dog training classes I soon realized I needed a different strategy working with my dog.

I called Christine and had a long discussion about my struggles getting my dog to listen.

We have now completed both The Basics and Behaviour Based Basics. At each class we are given homework and a review of the principles learned that week.

She always asked how our week went and what were our struggles with our dogs. She has offered a variety of suggestions regarding the best type of collar for my dog and calming strategies.

Continuing on with Socials and Meditation Pack Walks has been a big bonus to staying in touch with Christine.

She is always happy to answer any ongoing questions I have as I continue to work with my dog. Lastly,

Christine is so passionate about her work she goes the extra mile to organize community events such a owner education ie: feeding a raw diet, teaching your dog tricks; holiday crafts and photos plus fund raising for Pet Oxygen Masks and Devon Christmas Elves.

It is a pleasure watching Christine with the various canine behaviours. She always seems to get the dog to watch and listen in a calm positive manner.

Christine will go above and beyond to help you with your dog!

Christine with CW Canine Consulting came to our home to help with Sadie, our adopted two year old husky/retriever cross.

She had never been walked on a leash before and was pulling and lunging at everything.

After a two hour session with Christine and me enforcing it in two days we were walking at a heel on a loose leash, amazing!!!!

This was just one of two major issues Christine helped with the other was getting along with our cats.

This may take a little longer but Sadie is miles ahead after a few days than she was when we first brought her home.

I can't thank you enough for the tools you gave us to work with Sadie, nothing short of a miracle.

 

Our experience with CW Canine Consulting was fantastic.

My husband and I took our big guy to 'The Basics' class and look forward to be returning to do 'Beyond the Basics' in June.

I learned a lot- I'm much more aware of my body language and how it plays a huge part in how my dog will act.

Our dog enjoyed and needed the socialization on his own away from our other mature dog whom he is quite attached to.

Christine has a super energy and she is great at reading your dog and you. She trained us well!
