CUSTOMER INFORMATION SHEET - BEYOND THE BASICS 

 

PREREQUSITE

In order to join this class, you must have taken “The Basics” prior.

 

PROOF OF VACCINATION

Your dog’s vaccinations MUST BE up-to-date for the safety of your dog and the other’s attending. If your vaccinations have been updated since “The Basics” please take a picture and text (780-818-2739) or email (cwcanineconsulting@gmail.com) CW Canine Consulting prior to your first class. 

Failure to do this might mean you attend BY YOURSELF – WITHOUT YOUR DOG!  

 

REQUIRED 

Rabies

DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo, Para influenza), 

Bordetella (Kennel Cough) – Recommended but not manditory (consult your veterinarian)

 

EQUIPMENT RECOMMENDED 

All equipment needed for training will be discussed in the first class.  We will utilize the training equipment you used in The Basics, including the one piece leash & 15’ leash.  If your dog is aggressive a muzzle is required.

 

FOR YOUR PROTECTION 

Leave valuables at home or locked in your car. We will not always be in the same area and not responsible for anything that goes missing. 

 

DRESS FOR THE WEATHER & CLASS LOCATION 

Classes do involve some outside training so come prepared for the outdoor training. We recommend shoes with good support. Example: running shoes and hiking books. Please do not wear open toe footwear. Our training location at Mr. Pet's is upstairs with no wheelchair access. The Dog Shoppe is wheelchair accessible.   Contact Christine if this is a problem for you or your dog.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

If you have to cancel for any reason, we require 2 weeks’ notice in order for you to receive a 50% credit towards the next class. No credit will be issued for cancellations with less than two weeks notice.
